What a Time It Was

We four EatBikeGrow riders – along with our terrific fellow Minnesota rider Linda Dorow – completed the 2011 Vuelta Sudamericana bike tour when we entered Lima, Peru, this past week. That’s after two and a half months of traveling paved roads and back roads on our way from Buenos Aires to Lima, with major stops in Santiago, Chile, and La Paz, Bolivia.
